The AlarmKey Enterprise user described above was going through a switch from the older version of the AlarmKey software to the newer and universally used SQL version. Since the initial talks the project had raised concerns regarding operational hiccups and the always expected transitional nerves on the user’s side.
Since we recognized that a great deal of concern was present at the user’s site, we flew out their support team leader out to Canada at our own expense.
While the process remained the same having a person they could look eye-to-eye was comforting for them. They are currently extremely satisfied with the increased efficiency the SQL version has given them.
