They were using our solutions for five years. They were using the DBF version of our system and one day everything began to fall apart.

So what we did is customer service manager came up with a game plan to install a copy of somebody else's system without the data on their site. The cost of the system we installed was over $15,000. We did it on a trust basis without any payment information or money being transferred back and forth so that their operations could get up & running right away and could resume their business. We worked through the weekend to get the system set up and we had 4 people work on Saturdays and Sundays to get everything ready and by Monday morning they had a brand new SQL system installed.
