AlarmKey has been developed since 1971 by Reliable Group. The company was founded as a business management consulting firm by Praful J. Lakhani.

As more of Mr. Lakhani’s business management clients began to see his vision of business process automation in the 1970s; they asked him to develop the software with which to implement his ideas.

Mr. Lakhani took his expertise of business management and computer programming to create customized software solutions for his security industry clients and AlarmKey was born.

AlarmKey continues to be the backbone of some of the most successful security companies today.
