New Features and Free Updates for hot fixes installed at your site. All new features, fixes and updates to the system are provided without any additional charge. They can also be installed and updated onto your network and computer remotely.

Email Incident Management
Using the AlarmKey Email Incident Management system, customers registered for our support plans can submit their support issues online. It allows customers to update incidents with additional notes, and upload related files, all online.
